After a year of distancing, alumni were back in town this past weekend, ready to cheer on the Bears, catch up on campus and celebrate Homecoming as a community. Here’s a look back at the weekend through the lens of Â鶹´«Ã½ photographer and alumnus Woody Myers ’92.

As part of last weeks Â鶹´«Ã½ Homecoming From Home celebration, Â鶹´«Ã½ Bears from across the country came together on Monday night for National Alumni Meet-Up. Alumni were welcomed by President Feinstein and given updates from Â鶹´«Ã½ before joining regional break-out rooms where they connected with fellow bears and discussed engagement opportunities with fellow alumni and through Â鶹´«Ã½.

When the class of 1967 came back to their 50-year reunion, they came because they wanted to celebrate that milestone. While they were on campus, they also rediscovered their alma mater.

Homecoming is the perfect opportunity for alumni to return to the University of Northern Colorado. The Alumni Association has expanded our programming to ensure there is a reason for every Bear to come home on October 20-21. Find your reason.

One cent. That’s all it used to take to send a post card in 1928, at time when Â鶹´«Ã½ was still known as the Colorado State Teachers College. Connecting mementos from Â鶹´«Ã½'s past to its present is one of the less known roles of the Â鶹´«Ã½ Alumni Association. But in the halls and offices of the Judy Farr Center - the alumni association's home - you'll find many of the photos, yearbooks and class memories that help tell Â鶹´«Ã½'s story.
