The comfortable community of Snyder Hall is located at the heart of campus activity, and is one of the most picturesque residence halls on campus. Snyder is only a short bike ride or walk to the Tobey-Kendel Dining Hall and the Central Campus academic buildings. Snyder Hall rooms have a vanity and community-style bathrooms.
Snyder Hall reflects a Dutch-Colonial style of architecture. Snyder Hall was built in 1936, along with Sabin Hall, and offers historic charm and beautifully updated traditional-style living accommodations. Snyder Hall and many of the residence halls in The Mesa Neighborhood are part of the , a registered state historic district.
