Bond Hall is a cozy home to about 50 Â鶹´«Ã½ Bears located in the Mesa Neighborhood. Bond Hall is only a short bike ride or walk to Central Campus academic buildings and the Tobey-Kendel Dining Hall.
Boasting historic charm and beautifully updated suites in state-of-the-art living
accommodations, Bond Hall was built in 1948 and reflects an English-Tudor style of
architecture with individual floor plan layouts on three floors. Bond Hall and many
of the residence halls in The Mesa Neighborhood are part of the , a registered state historic district.
