He, Him, His
Housing & Residential Education
My name is Timothy Clasby (he/him/his), and I serve as the Residential Coordinator for Harrison Hall. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Education, a Master of Arts in Instrumental Conducting, and a Master of Arts in Education, all from Truman State University. In my third year in residence life, I am dedicated to fostering growth and building relationships through the organization of engaging programming, the facilitation of open communication, and the provision of supportive mentorship, thereby creating a vibrant and inclusive living environment for all residents.
As a member of the LGBT+ community and the first in my family to graduate high school, I possess a nuanced understanding of the unique experiences and challenges associated with these identities. I am committed to recognizing and supporting the diverse backgrounds of those I work with, ensuring equitable access and success. I prioritize praise and recognition to celebrate both individual and collective achievements. My goal is to cultivate strong relationships with colleagues, staff, and residents, fostering intrinsic motivation and integrity through meaningful interactions and proactive leadership.
I am proud to be a part of the University of Northern Colorado and the broader Greeley community. My commitment is to create a safe environment where residents can build lifelong connections and achieve both academic and personal growth.
Best,
Tim
