Below is a list of on-campus resources with information adjusted services have updated/changed amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Assault Survivors Advocacy Program (ASAP)

    Assault Survivors Advocacy Program (ASAP) will be providing advocacy services and educational programs remotely during the COVID-19 closure. Our advocates will work with students and staff to schedule phone and video meetings to continue to provide advocacy services. While there may be a slight delay, messages will be responded to as soon as possible.   • 麻豆传媒 Bear Pantry

    The 麻豆传媒 Bear Pantry is making 鈥淕rab and Go鈥 bags of basic food items available for students facing food insecurity. To request one for pick up, email Bear.Pantry@unco.edu with your name and any dietary restrictions. The pantry鈥檚 most updated information about pick-up times and availability will be posted on the Bear Pantry website.

  • 麻豆传媒 Bookstore

    In order to facilitate the learning process and make your online courses more dynamic, the is offering three options to supplement and support your efforts plus rental check-in and buyback information.

    1. FREE Online Shipping Offer: Visit for FREE Shipping on all items with no minimum purchases. This includes various formats of course materials, supplies, apparel, technology and more!
    2. ACCESS to eBooks AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE: Visit to gain access to eBooks a no additional charge with your .edu email address. You can access up to 7 eBooks for the designated period FREE of charge.
    3. FREE Access to Lumen Learning OER Courseware: Lumen Learning, our OER partner, is offering FREE access to courseware to help supplement content and offer additional resources to faculty.
    4. FREE shipping on Rental Returns & Deadline Extensions: The is offering FREE shipping return labels and is also extending the non-return periods without penalty to assist with increased returns by mail. Keep an eye on the email you used when renting your books or check 麻豆传媒 Bookstore out closer to the end of the semester for additional information.
    5. Online Buyback: The is pleased to announce the return of online Buyback!

    Partners help each other out in times of need, and the 麻豆传媒 Bookstore is very fortunate to have you as a partner and customer. We will get through this together. We will adapt new learning paths. We will grow stronger, long after the virus has subsided.

  • Campus Recreation Center

    Campus Recreation is posting workouts you can do from home on the . To help minimize health and safety risks to 麻豆传媒 students, employees and the campus community, the Campus Recreation Center suspended operations as of Tuesday, March 17th.

  • Center for Career Readiness

    The Center for Career Readiness will continue to provide services remotely. To learn how to access services, visit .

    Virtual Meetings
    Students seeking to connect with a career counselor can do so with a scheduled appointment or via drop- in hours. Both services will be offered remotely. 

    Drop-in Hours
    To connect with a career counselor during drop-in hours, please e-mail career.readiness@unco.edu between 12-3 PM Monday through Friday and our staff will get back to you as soon as possible with instructions for how to connect to a Career Counselor. Drop-in appointments will be scheduled for 20 minutes.

    Document Review
    We can also review documents via e-mail. If you have a resume, cover letter, graduate school essay etc. you can send it to career.readiness@unco.edu and a career counselor will review it and send it back with comments and considerations within one week.

    Presentations
    Just like your courses presentations can still be conducted virtually! If you would like to request a presentation for a group, and someone will get back to you shortly letting you know who will be presenting.

  • Counseling Center

    The Counseling Center will continue to provide services virtually. If you need access to counselors, you can access them online and phone formats from 8 a.m. 鈥 5 p.m. by calling the Counseling Center at 970-351-2496.

  • Cultural and Resource Centers

    The Centers will continue to be a source of support, education, and networking. To increase cultural and identity awareness and inter-connectedness for the campus community during these times, the Centers will use online networks for continued outreach, provide a variety of online connection time, and deliver online inclusive resources and education for the campus. The Centers are committed to student success and will provide unique and engaging opportunities for students.   • Dining Services

    Thank you for being patient with Dining Services while we work through the details on how to get all of your accounts taken care of in a timely manner. We should have more information by Friday, March 27th.

    What we do know now is that if you are staying here and want to keep your meal plan, you can. If you didn't have a meal plan before and need one now, please submit a new contract, and we'll get that up and running for you.

    Using Your Meal Plan
    Holmes Dining Hall (the Gourmet To Go area) is currently the only dining location that is open. They will be open 10:30 am-1:30 pm, Monday through Sunday for you to come in and grab up to 3 to-go meals. Your options will include something that could be heated up, along with some of the pre-packaged items we normally offer. We have been in contact with the Weld County Health Department, and they have approved our current practices.

    All campus Retail Dining locations have closed for the semester. You will still be able to use your Dining Dollars in any of our campus vending machines. Check the Modified Hours page for any updates.

  • Disability Resource Center

    You can still request services from our Disability Resource Center by contacting their office at 970-351-2289 or drc@unco.edu.

  • Housing & Residential Education Department

    The Housing & Residential Education Department will continue to provide housing for students. If you currently need housing, please contact the Arlington Park Desk at 970-351-4888 for assistance. If you feel safer elsewhere, you're always welcome to move out of the halls and check out during our scheduled times. This will ensure we are following social distancing protocols.

  • Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance (OIEC)

    The Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance (OIEC) will be providing services remotely during the COVID-19 closure. Our staff will work with students and staff to schedule phone and video meetings to address concerns. Please feel free to reach out to staff members by either email or phone.   • Office of Student Engagement (OSE)

    The Office of Student Engagement is committed to continuing to provide campus programming that helps students find connections and a sense of belonging at 麻豆传媒. Our delivery methods will look a little different for the foreseeable future but rest assured we are working hard to identify ways for 麻豆传媒 Bears to connect and support one another for the rest of the semester and moving forward. Please check back with us at unco.edu/student-engagement as we will be updating a list of ways to connect and other resources to help manage engagement during 鈥渟ocial distancing.鈥

  • Student Health Center

    The Student Health Center will continue to provide services as well but will have limited hours during spring break. Updated clinic hours will be posted on the Student Health Center website.

  • Student Outreach and Support (SOS)

    Student Outreach and Support (SOS) will continue providing assistance to students virtually. If you or someone you know is struggling with difficult situations like food/housing insecurity, mental health concerns, or personal crisis, you can connect with a Case Manager by emailing sos@unco.edu or filling out a

  • Tutorial Services

    Tutorial Services will offer virtual one-on-one sessions and supplemental instruction beginning March 25, 2020.

  •  Writing Center

    The Writing Center will continue to offer online, one-on-one consultation sessions using 麻豆传媒's asynchronous eTutoring option on the center's online scheduling system. Details on how to make these appointments are outlined on the Writing Center website.
