Spring 2025 Undergraduate Graduation Application opens.

Commencement Fair

2:00 to 6:00 pm  or

5:00 to 6:00pm Virtual (Zoom) visit Commencement Fair Site

Applications for graduation must be accepted/approved by this date in order to have your name printed in the Commencement program.

Deadline for any name changes to be reflected in Commencement program. (For those that met the above deadline).

Deadline to order cap and gown. See Commencement site for order information. 

Deadline for Commencement guest ticket request with the initial allotment. Allotment per student varies each semester based on the number of expected graduates. See Commencement site for more information.

Cap and Gown Pick up. Recreation Center, Small Gym 2 pm to 7 pm.

Deadline to have Spring 2025 undergraduate application submitted.

Undergraduate Commencement

All grades including those for final semester are due.

Official transcripts from other institutions with all final grades must be received by the Office of the Registrar (Please send those official transcripts to transfereval@unco.edu) no later than 5 p.m.

If your transcript is received after this date, you will be considered a tentative Summer 2025 graduate.

The final deadline for all course adjustments, test scores, portfolios, recitals, grades, and any other outstanding graduation requirements for Spring 2025 tentative graduates.

Tentative Spring 2025 graduates who are not meeting all their requirements by the deadline will be considered a tentative Summer 2025 graduate.

Spring degrees will be conferred (verified by the Office of the Registrar) on June 16, 2025. Transcripts will be available after June 16, 2025 and will show a graduation date of May 10, 2025.

Diplomas available with degree.
