Clubs & Organizations
There are a number of on-campus organizations (clubs) that you can join to enhance your science learning and out-reach. The various organizations have events scheduled throughout the school year. There are also a number of organizations listed below that you may be interested in even though they are not currently represented at Â鶹´«Ã½.
Biology student organizations at Â鶹´«Ã½
Tribeta: , Phi Omicron Chapter (tribeta@unco.edu). Established in 2004, Phi Omicron is part of the TriBeta National Biology Honors
Society. Membership requires a GPA of 3.0 or higher and completion of first semester
biology course work.
PreHealth Professions Club: The mission of this club is to help prepare and educate students about opportunities
and careers in all health related professions. For more information, please visit

Biology Student Association: A general biology club open to all majors and minors. For more information on the
