IM&T Governance

Information Technology Committee (ITC)

The ITC is a University-wide advisory committee established to provide communication, collaboration and coordination on issues regarding information technology policy, planning, resource management, standards, procedures and priorities that will develop and enhance the effective use of information technology by faculty, staff and students.

ITC Subcommittees

  • Academic Technology Advisory Group (ATAG)

    The ATAG will be comprised of representatives from Information Management and Technology, Facilities Management, CETL, Instructional Design, Academic Schedulers, Academic Colleges, University Libraries and students. The charge of the ATAG is to provide strategic guidance to drive technology innovation in academic learning spaces. The goal of the ATAG is to leverage existing budget as well as collectively seek capital funding to improve and maintain academic learning spaces. The ATAG will discuss specific audio visual technologies, furniture and learning space aesthetics.

  • Campus Data Stewards Group

     The Campus Data Stewards subcommittee provides governance for Â鶹´«Ã½'s ERP (Banner) environment. This group consists of stakeholders to provide guidance towards IM&T's ERP activities.
