Global Buddies Mission Statement
Our mission is to enhance cross-cultural engagement at Â鶹´«Ã½ by fostering connection and community between mentors and mentees, and the greater Â鶹´«Ã½ campus community. We aim to encourage engagement in cultural activities, to enhance cultural sensitivity and awareness to help prepare all Â鶹´«Ã½ students for a bright future in a global environment.
Global Buddies Program Dates:
The buddies’ program has been a favorite of many students, staff, and community members, and serves as a great way for both international and domestic students to create new friendships, exchange cultures, and experience increased cultural awareness. For more information about the Global Buddies program, feel free to reach out via to globalbuddies@unco.edu. Current mentor spots are filled for the year 2024-2025 and recruitment for 2025-2026 mentors will begin this Spring. Mentees are welcome to join at any time!

- Mentor Applications for AY 25-26 will close April 1, 2025
- Mentees' applications accepted on a rolling, first-come, first served basis per term
