Over 140 members of the campus community have volunteered for three separate task forces on Student Success, Campus Community and Climate, and Academic Portfolio. The task force guidelines, charges to the committees and membership rosters can be found here.
Updates of their progress will also be posted on the site. Their work is focused on how to best serve students. It will lead to recommendations for improving student outcomes, reducing the equity gap, realigning student affairs functions to better serve students, and identifying programs and services that can be strengthened, expanded or phased out.
In December, there will be opportunities for campus to offer feedback for task force recommendations before the proposals are reviewed by the President’s Leadership Council. The council will then make a final recommendation for implementation to the president.
