Would you like to access your Â鶹´«Ã½ Outlook account on your mobile device? Please choose your device from the list below.
- Android Device
- Open your email application (Outlook, Gmail, Mail, etc.)
- Open the menu in the app and find the Add Account option.
- Choose Exchange from the selection of email account types, then tap Next.
- Enter your Â鶹´«Ã½ address, then tap Manual Setup.
- Choose Exchange again to confirm the account type, then tap Next.
- Enter your Â鶹´«Ã½ password, then tap Next.
- Enter the server settings below. Your app may ask for some/all of these details.
- Server: outlook.office365.com
- Port: 443
- Security Type: SSL/TLS
- Your app may give you a variety of sync/notification options. Choose what options make sense for you.
- You may also have an option to give this account a nickname within the app.
- Once setup is complete, you will see the account listed with any others in your email app.
- Apple Device
- Open Settings
- Depending on your iOS Version:
- iOS 12 (latest): select Passwords & Accounts
- iOS 11: select Accounts & Passwords
- iOS 10: Select Mail
- iOS 9 and earlier: select Mail, Contacts, Calendars
- Select Add Account
- Select Exchange
- Enter your Â鶹´«Ã½ address, password, and a description (nickname) for the account, then select Next
- If it asks for more information, enter the technical details below:
- Server: outlook.office365.com
- Domain: (leave blank)
- Username/Password: re-enter your Â鶹´«Ã½ credentials
- Once the account is verified, you can select what items to sync. Toggle these on/off as needed, then select Save
- Once setup is complete, you will see the account listed with any others in your app.
- Amazon Kindle
- Go to Settings, then tap My Account.
- Tap Manage Email, Contacts, Calendars.
- Tap Add Account.
- Enter your Â鶹´«Ã½ address and password, then tap Next.
- Tap the Exchange tab.
- Enter "outlook.office365.com" for the Server, as well as your Â鶹´«Ã½ address and password, then tap Next.
- Tap OK on the Remote Security Administration warning.
- Your email setup is now complete.
