Building Your Experience
Work-based learning projects and internships provide students an opportunity to apply classroom instruction, develop employable skills, and build their professional network.
Students may work with their academic department or the to identify opportunities that align academic experience with professional interests. On campus job and internship fairs, as well as the online job board Handshake, expose students to hiring companies and organizations. Once students identify an opportunity of interest, the Center for Career Readiness is available to assist students in the application and interview process.
